Welcome back everyone!
It has been fantastic to have all the children back in school this week and have our Mayflower family all back together again. The children have really enjoyed being back with their teachers and friends and have done some amazing work this week. We have also had a couple of children who are new to school starting with us this week and they have settled in really well too. We hope they will enjoy their time here at Mayflower.
There was a delay in the school milk being delivered at the beginning of this week, meaning that the children are a day behind in receiving their milk. We will ensure that all children on the milk lists will receive 5 cartons of milk per week. This may mean that we will need to double up on some days and the children may therefore bring a carton of milk home with them, but please rest assured they will receive all the milk they are entitled to.

News from Nursery
The children in nursery have been very busy this week, getting settled back in and having lots of fun with their friends! They had a great time getting their hands dirty doing some seed planting as part of our day of Science.
A true inspiration
This week, the children's learning has been planned around Sir Tom Moore’s book ‘One Hundred Steps’. The children in Years 5 & 6 have worked really hard on creating some beautiful artwork.
